JUDGMENT PREMIUM
JUDGMENT PREMIUM SNAPSHOT
Terms of service
Effective date 1 July 2026
1. What the Snapshot Is
The Judgment Premium Snapshot ("the Snapshot") is a free, twelve-question professional development diagnostic operated by Altschool Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 41 612 485 953), trading as Judgment Premium ("we," "us," "our"). It is designed to place respondents along a professional judgment gradient — from Interpreter through Augmenter and Orchestrator to Weaver — based on self-reported responses to statement-completion items.
The Snapshot is a practitioner-derived professional development tool. It is not a psychometrically validated psychological assessment, a clinical diagnostic instrument, or a predictor of job performance. It is on a stated validation roadmap and its scoring methodology is undergoing structured review. Results should be interpreted as developmental guidance, not as definitive measurement.
2. Eligibility
The Snapshot is intended for use by professionals aged 18 years or older. By using the Snapshot, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Information We Collect
When you complete the Snapshot, we collect the following information:
Information you provide: your name, email address, role or title, organisation, years of professional experience, and profession or domain.
Information generated by the instrument: your selected responses to each scenario, the time taken per question, validity indicators, your quadrant placement, and the date of completion.
We do not collect information beyond what is described above. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on the Snapshot instrument itself.
4. How We Store Your Information
Your responses are transmitted via Google Apps Script and stored in a Google Sheets database hosted within a Google Workspace account controlled by Altschool Australia. This is a proof-of-concept data architecture. It is not an enterprise-grade data platform, and we are transparent about that.
We apply reasonable access controls to the spreadsheet, but we do not warrant that the storage infrastructure meets the requirements of any specific data protection regulation beyond our obligations under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
5. How We Use Your Information
To deliver your results. Your responses are processed to generate your quadrant placement and developmental guidance. Your email address may be used to send you your results summary.
For instrument validation research. By completing the Snapshot, you consent to your responses being included in aggregate, de-identified research conducted to validate and improve the instrument. This may include statistical analysis of score distributions, internal consistency testing, and known-groups comparison. No individual will be identifiable in any published research. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
To communicate with you about the book and related offerings. Your email address may be used to notify you about the launch of Judgment in the Age of AI and related professional development resources from Altschool Australia. Every such communication will include an unsubscribe option. We will never send communications unrelated to the Judgment Premium discipline.
We will never sell, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
The Snapshot is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of the instrument or its results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altschool Australia Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Snapshot, reliance on its results, or any decision made on the basis of information provided by the instrument.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days. If you request deletion, we will remove your identifiable data from our records; de-identified data that has already been included in aggregate research analysis may be retained.
You may withdraw your consent to research use at any time without affecting your access to the Snapshot or your results.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Snapshot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
